Additionally, you will need to provide the correct tracking number for the package removal. 『Removal process』 Please note that the removal of packages from unknown status may take some time so please be patient. After processing, the package will be shipped on the next available shipment day. Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your package. If your package's weight falls between our listed weight categories, we will round up to the next weight category to determine the applicable rate.
